Following a powerful debut in 2024, the Empower Cafe returns for its second year, once again providing a welcoming space where people of all genders come together to spark meaningful conversations, share insights, and champion underrepresented voices.

Rooted in a mission to elevate diversity and inclusion, the Empower Cafe spotlights the perspectives of women and marginalised professionals — encouraging bold dialogue, fresh thinking and lasting connections in a relaxed and collaborative setting.
